Mannogom
Manno’Gom is an instantly soluble powder formulation of plant polysaccharides and yeast parietal extract (mannoproteins) rich in sapid peptides.
It preserves wine limpidity and contributes to the colloidal stability of tartaric and colouring matter in red, white and rosé wines. Its specific formulation coats tannins, bringing roundness, sweetness and length to the palate while supporting a balanced mouthfeel.
