Greenfine Flot
GreenFine® Flot is a natural, high-performance formulation based on the synergy between pea proteins and chitosan, specifically developed for rapid and effective flotation, even on complicated matrices.
Its 100% naturally derived, non-allergenic and vegan formulation, suitable for EU organic winemaking, promotes rapid flocculation, compact and controlled lees settling and effective clarification comparable to gelatines used in flotation.

Product Applications
Dissolve GreenFine® Flot in 10 times its weight of warm water, stirring to obtain a homogeneous solution. Leave to rest for a few minutes, then add into the must during flotation, ensuring even distribution.
GreenFine® Flot is easy to use and promotes rapid flocculation, effective lees settling and optimal must clarification.
Dosage:
- 5–15 g/hL for flotation
Maximum legal dosage (EU Regulation): 55 g/hL
Doses are provided as a guide. The optimal dose will be determined by a laboratory test or on the advice of your oenologist.
