Recommended for treating quality red musts and wines, Exceltan can be used during vinification for colour stability, prevention of oxidation, and reduction of laccase effects; or during ageing as a fining auxiliary, for redox management, and improvement of red wine.
Used to improve the colour stability of red wines, Softan Vinification (V) is recommended for grapes with low tannin potential, or those that are more sensible to color loss during ageing, and is most effective when used during alcoholic fermentation or running off.
