Business Development Manager FILTRATION – NSW

Blue H2O Filtration (BHF) Pty Ltd are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Australian sales team. BHF delivers water purification and membrane technology solutions to food, beverage, biotech and other industries across Australia and New Zealand.

The right candidate will join our growing team, report to and support the National Sales Manager in all aspects of their role from business development through to account management.

The position is full time and mainly working on the road, from home or in the NSW office if required. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will:

>Be encouraged to build and manage relationships that drive business development and positive customer relationship.
>Provide business line strategy implementation to regional sales and account management, including regional account strategic plan.
>Engage the highest level of “customer first” value, quality, technical support, product application and customer return on investment – to position BHF as a preferred supplier/partner/vendor.
>Achieve ambitious sales growth with the aim of good reward.
>Utilise CRM to ensure customer account management is thorough, organised and complete.
>Assist BHFs procurement team to manage regional customer stock requirements.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated person who can work autonomously.
You will be a team player, willing to learn and is looking to grow in an expanding company and take on new challenges.
Filtration background with degree preferrable or equivalence by experience.
Excellent personal presentation, organisation and time management skills.
Experience in a regional account management role holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments.

Project Engineer & Servicing – Water Systems, Melbourne

Blue H2O Filtration (BHF) Pty Ltd are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our Melbourne team. BHF delivers water purification and membrane technology solutions to food, beverage, biotech and other industries across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a young dynamic engineer or experienced technician that ideally has experience in membrane water purification systems. The right candidate will join our growing team, report to and support the Engineering and Project Manager in all aspects of their role from design through to delivery of turnkey systems.

This role will suit an experienced person who can communicate effectively and work well within a fast-paced team environment. You will be joining a specialist and dynamic company that is ISO 2015:9001 certified and committed to customer service, quality, safety, sustainability and collaboration.

The position is full time and mainly working from BHFs Melbourne office based in Oakleigh. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will:

>Prepare AutoCAD drawings
>Establish supplier relationships and liaise closely to prepare accurate costing models
>Assist BHFs procurement team, ensuring the procurement process is smooth
>Prepare operating system manuals, develop and manage process documentation
>Test and commission new and existing systems at BHF test facilities or at the customers site
>Organise and delegate work within the BHF team or suppliers
>Work with our team of skilled service technicians and support systems field servicing

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Ideally a water treatment background, preferably some experience in a project engineering role and PLC knowledge (PLC coding would be beneficial but not essential for the role).
Excellent personal organisation and time management skills.
Experience in water treatment is highly desirable, but further training will be available.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
