Our products and services cover a broad range of applications servicing just about every industry ranging from wine making, food and beverage through to energy and resources, chemical and pharmaceutical.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse duties to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities include all activities related to warehouse duties of;
> Receipt of goods – track and manage all inventory
> Pick and pack orders for dispatch – proactively monitoring delivery KPIs
> Freight booking and reconciliation of freight costs
> Stock monitoring and goods movement to improve warehouse efficiencies
> Procurement support ensuring minimum stock levels
> Inspect and audit warehouse to maintain quality, cleanliness and safety standards
> Support BHF’s Quality Management System (QMS) by offering ISO2015:9001 audit support
> Monitor KPI metrics of quality, delivery, freight and cost-efficient work-flow processes
> Regular Tool Box meetings with Logistics and Procurement
> Experience in daily warehouse activities namely, receipt of goods, picking, packing and freight
> Highly organised and capable of working independently
> Enjoy a clean safe working environment, maintaining a professional ISO certified warehouse
> Willing to expand knowledge base, learn about BHF products, customers and industries
> Good communication and computer skills providing exceptional customer and sales support
> Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
> More than 5 years of warehouse experience preferred, not essential
> Position located at Oakleigh with preference that the ideal candidate resides within 45 minutes
Remuneration for this role will include base salary + super + company bonus performance plan.

Services Engineer – Water Systems
LOCATION: Melbourne, Vic
REMUNERATION: $80,000 – $90,000 + super + company vehicle
Blue H2O Filtration Pty Ltd (BHF) is a service driven, privately owned company that has been in operation since 2000 operating in a broad range of industries including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy & Resources, Chemical, Industrial and Water Treatment.
We are seeking an experienced service engineer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced water systems service technician / engineer to manage existing BHF water treatment systems according to service contracts and agreements.
Responsibilities include all activities related to servicing existing water treatment systems:
> Hands on servicing of all BHF plants.
> Well organised and ability to independently manage the service schedule
> Communicating with customers to schedule services and provide detailed service reports.
> Provide customers with technical support, when required emergency on site trouble shooting
and services of installed systems.
> Management of purchasing spare parts and maintaining a fully equipped service vehicle.
> Maintaining HSE records such as JSAs and SWMSs for service activities.
> Work outside of servicing in Project Engineering or Commissioning of new projects is also
available, depending on the interests and aptitude of the successful candidate.
> Experienced hands-on maintenance of industrial equipment is essential, with water treatment
technology knowledge highly regarded.
> Experience with GMP plants/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
> PLC programming experience will be highly regarded.
> Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical engineering qualification is preferred.
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to provide customers with high level
technical support, trouble shooting and detailed service reports.
This is a Melbourne-based role with some rural and interstate travel required.
