The client was faced with a number of contamination and operating issues with their old PW water plant. BHF were approached to provide a pharma compliant HWP system to produce 9000 l/hr of HPW for the preparation of dialysis water.

Solution

BHF provided the client with a 9000 l/hr heat sanitisable BWT HPW system skid comprising softener, RO, EDI & endotoxin ultra filtration.

Project Outcome

A fully integrated system installed, comissioned and validated for the generation and distribution of HPW to the manufacturing plant.
