SupaPleat LDP
SupaPleat LDP high surface area pleated depth cartridges are suitable for a wide range of industrial processes. In-house developments have resulted in a filter media that provides optimum filtration efficiency, on-stream life, and pressure drops. State-of-the-art manufacturing technologies provide a cartridge with excellent build quality. SupaPleat LDP filters are available with a standard cage or, for enhanced durability, with a more robust outer cage. Both options feature a 100% polypropylene cage, core, and end cap assembly. Thermal welding processes seal all components, eliminating adhesives and extractables, and ensure cartridge integrity.
SupaPleat LDP filter cartridges are produced using advanced manufacturing processes, resulting in the following features:
- Melt blown polypropylene media
- One-piece all polypropylene support cage and core up to 1018mm (40”)
- Materials that meet US FDA Title 21 and USP Class VI requirements
- Meets the requirements for food contact as detailed in European Regulation (EC) Number 1935/2004
- Available from 0.2 to 90µm
- Consistent reliable performance
- Suitable for most sanitization regimes including steaming, autoclaving, hot water, and most common sanitizing agents
Note: Steaming, autoclaving, and hot water sanitization must use the Reinforced Polypropylene End Cap option.
