WEA 2018 New Zealand

Dr Paul Bowyer from BHF Technologies will be presenting at the WEA meeting in Napier, New Zealand, October 17-18.

The main topic will be wine filterability (FI) analysis. Wine filterability has a significant impact on process efficiency, cost of filtration consumables per litre, and subsequent processing decisions. At present there is a significant difference between FI as measured in Australia and New Zealand, particularly methodology and data interpretation. Dr Bowyer will compare and critique the two methods.
