VisClear II
VisClear II meltblown cartridge elements have been specifically designed for the filtration of chemicals and liquid industrial coatings. More specifically, they are optimised for processing high viscosity and temperature solutions.
Continuous development of our meltblowing technology has resulted in the production of an extremely robust filtration media structure. This strength is critical in preventing collapse at the high differential pressures often associated with high viscosity fluids.
The filters are manufactured in a clean environment using state of the art equipment that precisely controls the filtration matrix resulting in repeatable high performance and minimal fibre shedding.
VisClear II cartridges have been developed to directly retrofit into application that have traditionally used Resin Bonded cartridges (RBC).
VisClear II provides the equivalent strength of an RBC with the additional benefits of improved filtrate quality and overall cleanliness.
