PVPP granulate is used for preventive or curative treatment of oxidation, bitterness, or vegetal character in musts and wines.

Features and Benefits
Formulation: PolyVinylPolyPyrrolidone (PVPP-E1202). Low dusting granulated formulation.
Enological benefits: For decreasing the amount of tannins and other polyphenols in musts or wines for the prevention of browning, reduction of astringency, and the correction of colours and/or aromas. Using PVPP facilitates must clarification.
In granular form that can easily disperse in the must or wine. The granular format produces less dust, thus improving comfort and safety when using PVPP.
Product Applications
Before use, leave to swell in 5 times its weight in water for 1 to 2 hours. Introduce slowly and in a homogeneous way. Maintain in suspension for at least 30 minutes by stirring or pumping-over without aeration.
Dosage:
- Preventive: 10 to 20 g/hL
- Curative: 20 to 60 g/hL
Application rate approval by fining test.
Maximum legal dosage (Oenological Codex OIV): 80 g/hL
