- KillBrett® is a natural, vegan, and allergen-free product made from 100% fungal chitosan (extracted from Aspergillus niger). It is widely recognized for its ability to reduce microbial populations.

Product Applications
Use during aging (AF and MLF completed). Dissolve in 10 times its weight of water or wine and agitate constantly. Incorporate into wine and ensure good homogenization. Rack the wine 10 days after treatment.
Dosage: 2 to 10 g/hL.

- Reduction of Brettanomyces: 10 g/hL
