Features and Benefits
Formulation: Combination of potassium metabisulphite (E224) and potassium bicarbonate (E501ii). Contains sulphites.
Enological benefits: Effervescent enological tablet for adding sulfite to musts and wines. Practical and odourless.
Product Applications
Direct addition into the wine; the tablet is instantaneously soluble. Particularly suitable for the sulphiting of wines in barrels or in small tanks.
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet of Coeff 5 releases 5 g of SO2 (pure sulphur dioxide).
EU regulation: This product is subject to regulation. Please refer to the current legislation concerning maximum sulphur dioxide content in wines.
