The #19AWITC Workshop Program is a cornerstone of the 19th Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference, taking place in July at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Designed to deliver practical, hands-on learning, the program features over 35 workshops covering a diverse range of topics in viticulture, winemaking, engineering, packaging, business, marketing, and sustainability.
Our Regional Manager SA & TAS and Group Oenologist Paul Bowyer will be speaking on Process improvement via a filtration deep-dive: maximising wine quality, process $/L and sustainability on Sunday 20th July.
