AWITC 2016

BHF had another successful AWITC this year.

Our winemakers were on hand to discuss and demonstrate:

  • Nitrogen generation
  • Wine Filterability Index (FI)
  • Wine additives, including yeast and yeast nutrients, enzymes, malolactic bacteria, and fining and stabilisation products.
  • Water filtration
