Service & Project Engineer – Full-time
Blue H2O Filtration Pty Ltd (BHF) is a service-driven, privately-owned company in operation since 2000. We operate in a broad range of industries, including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy & Resources, Chemical, Industrial, and Water Treatment, with a rapidly growing national customer base. We require a technically experienced professional to provide exceptional customer support and service.
Responsibilities include all activities related to servicing existing plants and providing technical support and project management for existing and new projects.
> Regular mechanical maintenance of installed plants working with various filtration technologies, mainly water treatment systems.
> Co-ordination with customers to schedule maintenance activities
> Emergency troubleshooting of installed systems
> Creating and maintaining HSE records such as JSAs and SWMSs for maintenance activities
> Procurement supporting service activities
> Project management and plant commissioning support
Key requirements are technically experienced, preferably degree qualified Engineers (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Chemical would be most applicable) who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Organised and capable of taking ownership of service schedules and activities, building customer relationships along the way to ensure a high level of support and customer satisfaction with premium service outcomes. Exceptional time managements skills will be highly regarded for this role working towards project management support. Experience with PLC programming will be useful.
This is a Melbourne-based role with some rural and interstate travel required, local applicants need only apply.
