Paul has been with Blue H2O since January 2011. Prior to this he was Technical Manager for Laffort Australasia, and Lecturer in Oenology at both University of Adelaide and Charles Sturt University. He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer in Oenology at University of Adelaide.
Beginning his education in the field with a double degree in Chemistry, Paul went on to complete a PhD at University of New South Wales.
He is most proud of his success resurrecting a dormant brand of products (SIHA), and learning the science of filtration. He is passionate about connecting the wine industry and academia, and about new product development. He enjoys meeting wine industry professionals from all over the world.
Paul envisions Blue H2O becoming a large organization servicing a range of industries, not least of which will be the wine industry. Their presence across several markets will grow.
