A Kiwi born and breed, Dave started with Blue H2O in early 2018 to manage the launch of BHF New Zealand. With a diploma in Dairy Technology, and nearly 20 years’ experience in dairy manufacturing in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, he has managed cheese and ultrafiltration plants, and worked selling specialist cleaning chemicals to the dairy industry. He has spent the last 18 years managing Pall’s New Zealand Food and Beverage division.
In his spare time Dave can be found converting hydrocarbons into noise on a Harley Davidson, or carving up a lake or ski field.
